I, as a parent or guardian, understand that Mount Laurel Baseball has long adopted Babe Ruth Inc.'s Dual Participation Rule which PROHIBITS a child playing in the CAL RIPKEN league (age 12 and under) from DUAL PARTICIPATION with another baseball team, program, club or league. The primary purpose of this policy is to maintain the integrity of MLB's recreational league while promoting the health/safety of its players.
This policy applies to all other baseball teams, programs, clubs and leagues, with the SOLE EXCEPTION of scholastic baseball teams.
This rule applies only to the Spring baseball season and Summer Tournament Team season.
